Rooms on this site are for use by Computer Science department faculty, staff, PhD students, PostDocs, and affiliated members/departments.



Tips:

  1. If you reserve a room and your event gets cancelled, please alert us so we can remove your reservation.

  2. Your event cannot be changed once it has started.

  3. The rooms listed on this site are not general-use classrooms. Classes can only be scheduled (with departmental approval) in Crerar 011 or (after hours) 298 and 390.

  4. Crerar 280 is a designated user study room. If you choose to make a reservation in this room, please be warned that your event may be cancelled if the room is needed for a user study.

  5. Crerar 223 is the chairman's conference room. Like 280, if you choose to schedule an event in this room, be warned that it may be cancelled if the room is needed for any events designated by the department chair.

  6. Office hours are to be scheduled in JCL 205, 207 or Common Areas unless it is after 5 pm.
    Common areas are open to everyone unless reserved, while usage of other space is restricted.

  7. Ryerson DSI rooms are restricted to DSI.
